Gahire Gatari Billy is Ceo and co-founder of iHub, holds an MBA in Global Business and Sustainability from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (Italy), a Sign Language certificate from Rwanda Union of the Deaf (RNUD), and a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Kigali.

He’s a board member of Rwanda National Union of Sign Language Interpreters (RNUSLI) with over 5 years of sign language interpretation experience in various organizations like MTN Rwandacell, Radio and Tv10, Nudor, Rnud, and Ncpd. Billy is passionate about using advanced digital accessibility to bridge gaps in education and health for people with disabilities.
